IEC 60669-1 High Quality Self-Locking Switch Normal Operation Life Tester

Equipment overview:

The test equipment has a signaling station to test linear switches (including self-locking switches, plugs and sockets) by changing to different sample fixtures.

The equipment complies with the standard clauses of IEC 60669-1 Clauses 18 and 19, IEC 60884-1: 2013 Clauses 20 and 21, Figure 16, IEC 61058-1, IEC 60065:2014 Clauses 14.7 and 15.1.

Used in conjunction with a load cabinet (which is not included in this equipment), it enables the breaking capacity test and normal operating endurance test of plugs, sockets and switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations. The purpose of the test is to see if the switch or plug or socket can withstand mechanical damage or electrical fatigue failure during normal operation. Whether or not the contacts stick or are in an on (off) state for a long period of time is the criterion for determining whether or not the sample is excessively damaged.

The equipment is suitable for plugs, sockets, pushbutton switches, toggle switches and rocker switches with a load current of less than 25A.

The equipment adopts aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel sealing plate, driven by servo motor and ball screw, controlled by PLC, equipped with 7-inch color touch screen, can be set on the touch screen test rate, stroke and other test parameters.
