The probe meets the requirements of the standard IEC 61032 Test Probe 1 Fig. 5, as well as many standards such as IEC 60529, IEC 60335-1, IEC 60065 for IP1 testing.
This Test Probe 1 is used to verify the enclosure's level of protection against the ingress of solid foreign objects with a diameter of 50 mm or larger.

IEC 60529:2013 clause 13.2 is used as an example:
Push the object probe against any opening in the housing with the force specified in Table 7.
The test probe has no built-in force and if a specific applied force is required, the test probe should be used in conjunction with a force gauge (use the force gauge to apply the required force directly to the probe).
