Standard: The device is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of IEC60670-1 Clause 12.11, figure 12, 13, 14.

Sample: Concealed and semi-concealed mounting boxes and enclosures classified according to IEC60670-1 Section 7.2.1.

Test purpose and principle: Concealed or semi-concealed mounting boxes or housings on solid walls, ceilings and floors, after being correctly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. And the built-in fixing device should ensure that the sample can be correctly installed on the wall, ceiling and floor, and should be able to ensure normal use without displacement or falling off.

This test simulates the normal mounting of the mounting box, and the main weight is used to apply a force of (72±0.1)N in the vertical direction. And the additional weight (8±0.1)N is dropped from a height of 50mm to the main weight 10 times. After the test, the displacement of the mounting box on the mounting plate shall not exceed 0.5mm, so as to verify the firmness of the fixing device of the mounting box.

The device consists of a mounting top plate, an angle adjustment mechanism, a main weight F, an additional weight G, a mounting box and an auxiliary fixing device. The accessory weight is 1/10 of the total weight.
