Product Overview:
Fully conforms to IEC 60529:2013, specifically IPX5 and IPX6 – degrees of protection against water ingress for enclosures.
The device is a high-precision water jet testing system designed to verify the waterproof performance of a wide range of products under controlled spray conditions. It simulates strong water jet impact from all directions to ensure compliance with IPX5/IPX6 requirements.

Structure:
The complete test system includes a set of IPX5 and IPX6 standard water jet nozzles, an electrical control cabinet integrated with a stainless steel water tank, a nozzle mounting support, and a motorized turntable.
During testing, the sample is positioned on the turntable, which rotates at a fixed speed of 1 RPM, allowing water jets to spray the enclosure from all practicable angles, as required by the standard.
The electrical control unit and water storage tank are designed as an integrated module. The system adopts an open-loop water structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and non-recycled clean water for each test.

| Water Storage Tank | This test system adopts open type structure, the test water is not recycled. The test system is equipped with an approximately 500L stainless steel water storage tank. The water storage tank is equipped with a water level float valve to automatically control the water inlet, and has high and low water level alarm detection, to effectively prevent the pump from being damaged due to dry water. The water storage tank and electrical control part are integrated. |
