The water kettles insertion and withdraw endurance tester is designed and manufactured according to the standard IEC60335 -2- 15 clause 22.103, it is used to test the service life of the cordless kettle’s base contact. This device can be preset the number of trials (up to 999999 times), can do load test and non load test. It can automatically record the number of test times and the number of conduction times during the testing, when the actual test times reaches to the the preset test times, the device will automatically shuts down.

Equipment features:

1. This equipment is controlled by the PLC, and uses a stepping motor to drive the ball screw forward and backward to realize the reciprocating action of the manipulator.

The entire process can be operated on the touch screen, the parameters can be preset, including the number of kettle plug-in tests, time, stroke, speed, etc. The touch screen has manual adjustment functions and real-time position display functions, so the cooperation between the sample and the device can be more accurately and effectively adjusted.

3. Multifunctional fixture, of which the height is adjustable for different kettle tests.

4. Load test and no-load test can be automatically switched or independently tested. The device has a built-in load, and it can be used by plugging the kettle into the power supply socket on this device.

5. With auxiliary mechanism, it can effectively supplement the switch on and off action during load test.

6. It adopts floor-standing structure, can move freely with casters, rigid frame, it is with good stability, spraying sealing plate, aluminum sandblasting fixture, the appearance is beautiful and practicability is strong.
