Constant Oil Immersion Test Chamber for Rubber / Plastic Materials

Product information:

This oil immersion test equipment conforms to ASTM D471- 98, and is required by IEC 62368-1:2018 clause Y.4.5, etc.

This machine is suitable for the oil resistance test of enameled wires or insulators made of rubber or plastic.
Test method: immerse the test piece in hot oil and take the test piece again to test its tensile strength. If the test piece is enameled wire, check the quality of the paint film.

Instrument composition:

1. Test cup for dumbbell test piece (stainless steel): six pieces, ф38mm, 300mm height (or customized)
2. The material of the lid of the test cup: six pieces of corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant superior rubber (tight plug) or six pieces of aluminum plug (loose plug).
3. Working volume (space used for heat preservation and heating and accommodating test cup): 320X300X350mm, stainless steel
4. With sample isolation and suspension devices (six pieces, each for one test cup, each device can hang 3 dumbbells)
5. Built-in mixing cycle mode, mixing motor power: 40W

Temperature Control and Insulation System:

1. Use imported intelligent P.I.D thermostat and high-precision K-type thermocouple sensor.
2. Heater: solenoid heater, power: 3000W
3. Temperature range: Room temperature～300℃, meter display accuracy: 0.1℃, oil temperature uniformity: within ±1℃
4. With ultra-high temperature protection function, it can automatically cut off and stop heating after over-temperature, which can effectively protect the safety of equipment
