Calibration required instrument:
1. 50-300V adjustable test power source
2. 50K block resistor
3. Digital multi-meter with a 20mA AC.
Calibration preparation:
Set the upper limit current alarm value of the tester SN9620X to the full scale, and the lower limit to 0. The current calibration within the measuring range can be performed and avoid the over current test stop.
