IEC 62196-1 Electric Vehicle Connectors Screw Terminal Testing Equipment
Equipment Overview:
This testing machine conforms to IEC 62196-1:2020 clause 13.3.1 fig12, table 3, etc. It is used to process mechanical tests on terminals, for judging whether the design and the structure of the new terminals are fitted with new conductors and of the minimum and the maximum cross-sectional areas is good. Besides, it is also used to check whether the clamping screw terminal can bear the stress during the process of normal usage.
The testing times can be preset before the test, and the test machine will stop automatically with completion alarm when the preset test times are reached.

Specimen Installation:
Connect the terminal to the corresponding conductor, then clamp the terminal tighten.
Pass the conductor through the corresponding bushing and hang the corresponding weight.
