Equipment Overview:
The Pendulum Impact Test Apparatus is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of IEC60068-2-75, IEC60884-1 clause 24.1, etc. It is suitable for the mechanical strength test of electrical accessories such as plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes, and surface-mounted installation boxes, screw glands, covers, switches, etc.
The test device mainly consists of a pendulum whose upper end can be kept swinging in a vertical plane around its pendulum axis. The axis of the pendulum shaft is 1000 mm above the measuring point. The pendulum consists of a rigid pendulum shaft and an impact element that meets the requirements. For heavier, bulkier or difficult-to-handle test samples, a portable pendulum can be used for testing. This device is a low-energy pendulum impact device below 2J. It should be fixed vertically on a solid wall. The mounting bracket seat can be adjusted forward and backward, left and right, and the impact angle can be adjusted.

Precautions
1 To ensure safety, the pendulum impact test device must be firmly installed on the wall.
2 The pendulum impact test device should not be installed at a higher position, and it is better not exceeding 60cm distance from the ground.
3 During the test, operator can stand on the side of the device as far as possible by holding the control handle, and should not stand directly under the device.
4 When replacing the fixture, please proceed with the assistance of another person.
5 The height indicator of the instrument should be used in conjunction with other length gauge measuring tools to determine the drop height to reduce measurement errors.
6 Regularly add lubricating oil to the adjusting screw and seat to ensure smooth adjustment.
7 The striking element should be properly protected to avoid collision.
8 Required environmental conditions: temperature 5～35℃, humidity 45～75%.
