Our Plastic Casing Packaging Materials are manufactured using advanced co-extrusion equipment, combining PA and PE materials through co-extrusion molding to achieve exceptional oxygen and water barrier properties. These gold-colored 5-layer artificial sausage casings extend shelf life and reduce secondary packaging costs.
The multibarrier casing is thermo-shrinkable and produced from specially formulated polyamide raw materials of high polymer quality. Suitable for cooking applications, these casings feature shrink characteristics that provide a skin-like appearance after cooking. Available in both printed and unprinted options.

Plastic casing packaging materials are widely used throughout the food industry, with applications including various meat products, poultry, vegan alternatives, meat analogues, cheese, butter, pet food, as well as soups and gravies.
- Soaking: Casing shirred or cut pieces should be soaked in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
- Stuffing: Casing should be stuffed tightly; 5% to 8% larger than nominal diameter. Never under stuff casing. Clip tightly to prevent slipping.
- Cooking: Steam or water cook to desired internal temperature.
- Cooling: Cool slowly using intermittent showering cycles until internal temperature reaches 115-118 degrees.
- Storage: Avoid direct airflow immediately after cooking. Finished products may be frozen.
