High-quality sausage plastic color casing packaging with custom brand LOGO printing capabilities.
Our food grade plastic casings are manufactured using advanced co-extrusion equipment with PA and PE materials. These casings provide exceptional oxygen and water barrier properties, extending shelf life and reducing secondary packaging costs. The multi-barrier casing is thermo-shrinkable and produced from specially formulated polyamide raw materials of high polymer quality.
These casings are suitable for cooking applications and feature shrink characteristics that create a skin-like appearance after cooking. Available in both printed and unprinted options to meet your branding needs.

Applications
Our food grade plastic casings are widely used throughout the food industry for various applications including meats, poultry, vegan products, meat analogues, cheese, butter, pet food, soups, and gravies.
Usage Instructions
- Soaking: Soak casing shirred or cut pieces in cold water for approximately 30 minutes
- Stuffing: Stuff casing tightly (5% to 8% larger than nominal diameter). Never under-stuff. Clip tightly to prevent slipping
- Cooking: Steam or water cook to desired internal temperature
- Cooling: Cool slowly using intermittent showering cycles (2 minutes on, 3 minutes off) until internal temperature reaches 115-118°F
- Storage: Avoid direct airflow immediately after cooking. Do not refrigerate before cooling to prevent wrinkles. Finished products may be frozen
