1. Product Description 

JH-Auto360S is a high-performance automatic inwall overlay welding equipment for 90 degree bends developed by our company, which is functioned by a one-step clamp feature to finish the overlay welding to the inner wall of the 90 degree bended pipes through continuous arc welding and advanced automatic process control without any manual intervention.The equipment enables the continuous circular seam welding and sectional welding to the inner wall of the bends with flat joints and uniform penetration, which is convenient for the butt welding to the straight and bended pipes.The equipment adopts six-axis linkage control system with a touch screen for the process parameters conditioning, where the surfacing program can be automatically generated by an input of the three parameters: inner wall diameter, bending radius and weld overlap amount. Welding to the straight pipes is also enabled by the equipment.

JS-Auto360S offers fully automated TIG cladding welding machines for horizontal pipe-cladding applications. Complete turnkey packages include a wire-feed unit as well as a standard touch-programmable, cold-wire pulsed-TIG welding power source with an optional hot-wire system available for applications where higher deposition rates are required.
