1. Machine Introduction

JH-380 Inwall Pipe Automatic Welding Machine is a new generation of the automatic overlay weldingmachine developed by our company, which is featured with a high level of automation, designs conforming to the manual machine operation and simple operation.

High degree of automation, ordinary skilled workers can operate independently through 2 days of training. One button start and stop greatly simplifies the operation process of the equipment. The weld forming methods include spiral swing welding, spiral welding and straight welding. The diameter of the clamping pipe of the equipment is 120mm to 800mm. If necessary, a larger diameter can be customized and the maximum welding length is 6 meters. The special welding torch and welding cable reduce the resistance of wire feeding, so as to realize the stable wire feeding of the welding gun at the position of 6 meters after the wire end of the wire feeder.
