I. Overview

This serial horizontal paper winding machine is matched with paper machine with the same net jumbo roll width and is used to roll paper into tight and uniform rolls.

During operation, the winding roller is close to the rotating cooling cylinder, and is driven to rotate by the friction of the surface. The linear pressure between the winding roller and the cooling cylinder can be adjusted by controlling the air intake pressure of the auxiliary arm air cylinder and the main arm air cylinder through the console. Therefore, it can meet the needs of different paper types.

Since the winding roller is driven by the surface friction of the cooling cylinder, as the diameter of the paper gradually increases, the rotation speed of the paper roll is correspondingly reduced, no additional speed adjustment is required, and the operation is convenient.

This series of products can be divided into left and right arrangements according to different transmission positions. Stand facing the machine at the end of the paper roll. If the transmission device is on the right side, it is called the right hand machine , if the transmission device is on the left side, it is called the left hand machine . It should be consistent with the direction of the paper machine When the user chooses.
