This Hot Set Aging Testing Chamber adopts micro camera + industrial integrated computer + self-developed software and other main components. It can automatically measure the elongation of the sample in high temperature environment.It is mainly used for natural ventilation thermal aging test in wire, cable, rubber and plastic industries.
Temperature and time can be set and controlled by computer, easy to operate. The front door of the Hot Set Aging Test Chamber is equipped with right vacuum glass observation window, material of chamber is SUS304 stainless steel. Besides, the shell is made of high quality steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic. The door seal is made of heat-resistant silicone rubber, which is hygienic and safe.
The specimen suspension device in the instrument is matched with the instrument, which can hang three samples at the same time. The upper and lower clamps of the device can be quickly taken and installed, which is convenient to replace the sample and shorten the opening time.
