General Introduction                                                                                                                             

This ASTM D4870 Total Sediment in Residual Fuels Oils Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of two industry standards in the People's Republic of China: SH/T 0701 Residual Fuel Oil Total Sediment Determination Method (Hot Filtration Method) and SH/T 0702 Residual Fuel Oil Total Sediment Determination Method (Aging Method). Applicable to: 1. Determine the total sediment in residual fuel oil with a viscosity of less than 55mm ²/s at 100 ℃ and blended distillate fuel oil containing residual components according to SH/T 0701 standard requirements. 2. According to the requirements of SH/T 0702 standard, the stability of oil products during storage and transportation can be predicted by measuring the tendency of residual fuel oil to form precipitates.
This Total Sediment in Residual Fuels Oils Analyzer is an essential tool for testing and analyzing the total sediment of residual fuel oil in industries such as petrochemicals, transportation, national defense, as well as related universities, research institutes and other departments.
This Total Sediment in Residual Fuels Testing Instrument is also essentially equivalent to the technical requirements of ISO 10307-1 and ISO 10307-2 standards, as well as IP375 and IP390 standards.
