Oxidation Stability Tester for Inhibited Mineral Oil ASTM D943
This Inhibited Mineral Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is suitable for determining the oxidative stability of unused mineral insulating oils with inhibitors, and can also be used for the tendency of unused mineral insulating oils to form acids and precipitates before and after the induction period. Mechanism: The sample was kept at 120°C in the presence of the copper catalyst coil, while a constant flow of oxygen was passed through, and the time required for the volatile acid generated by the oxidation of the sample to increase to a neutralization value equivalent to 0.28 gKOH/g was measured. The oxidative stability of the sample is represented by the induction period (h).
