I. Introduction:
This Lubricant Oil Particle Counter is designed in accordance with standards such as GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO 11171-1999). It employs the light extinction (shading) counting principle and fully complies with the corresponding standards, national standards, and international standards. It provides rapid, accurate, reliable, and repeatable test results, along with comprehensive contamination monitoring and analysis reports. It is suitable for detecting particulate contamination in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fire-resistant oil, insulating oil, and turbine oil. It can be widely applied in fields such as aviation, aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical engineering, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, and automotive manufacturing.
II. Main Features
- 1.Adopts the light extinction (shading) counting principle established by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.
- 2.High-precision laser sensor with wide testing range, stable performance, low noise, and high resolution.
- 3.High-pressure syringe pump sampling method; self-configurable sampling volume with stable injection speed and high sampling accuracy.
- 4.Positive/negative pressure combined injection system enables sample degassing and is suitable for testing samples of different viscosities.
- 5.Built-in pressure sensor allows direct pressure value setting and automatic cabin pressure assessment for safety assurance.
- 6.Built-in air purification system in the main unit ensures contamination-free testing with high integration, preventing secondary contamination caused by airtightness issues between the air pump and testing system.
- 7.Built-in multiple calibration curves compatible with all common domestic and international standards.
- 8.Built-in support for over ten common standards including GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, GB/T14039, ISO4406, SAE4059cpc, SAE4059F, SAE749D, ROCT17216, QC/T29104, JB/T9737, DLT432, HH005-2018.
- 9.Supports custom standard testing with naming and grade determination capabilities for user-defined standards.

- 12.Cleaning detection function: preset target particle concentration for cleaning requirements; real-time cleaning status display during the process with automatic stop upon reaching the target
- 13.Built-in viscosity, moisture, and temperature sensor module provides viscosity, water content saturation, ppm values, and temperature reference values alongside accurate particle distribution testing (optional).
- 14.Arbitrary particle size setting with nearly ten thousand built-in particle sizes for convenient particle size analysis.
- 15.Compatible with various sampling containers including standard sampling bottles and cups to meet industry-specific testing requirements.
- 16.Full-function 7-inch color touchscreen operation with foldable button design; supports bilingual Chinese/English interface with simple and convenient operation.
