Total Sediment Tester

I. Introduction:

This Total Sediment Tester is used to determine the total sediment in residual fuel oil with a viscosity of less than 55 mm2/s at 100°C and distillate fuel oil blended with residual components. The maximum total sediment of residual fuel oil is 0.5% (m/m), and the maximum total sediment of distillate fuel oil blended with residual components is 0.40% (m/m).

  • Standard filtering elements,with heating and cooling coils;
  • Aperture of glass fiber filter paper:0.0016mm,diameter 47mm;
  • Stainless steel ball valve can switch heat and cool source;
  • The Total Sediment Tester adopts digital time relay controls working time;
  • Micro-computer PID temperature controller,PT100 temperature sensor,high temperature controlling accuracy.
