This KRL Shear Stability Tester adopts LCD touch screen: through the screen, the oil sample temperature control, rotating shaft speed, test load, test time, shear revolution and other functions can be controlled. All key parameters and control points can be displayed at a glance, realizing a highly integrated and automated operation interface, which greatly reduces the operation difficulty of the experimenter.

1. The equipment complies with NB/SH/T0845 test method. The system adopts microcomputer closed-loop control for loading force, servo motor for precise speed control, and intelligent temperature controller for constant temperature water bath maintenance. It features a wide range of loading speeds, high precision, and high sensitivity.

6. Supports real-time/historical curve display in single or multiple graphs, with preset or online coordinate settings; curve panning, zooming, and data traversal operations; feature point display, modification, and saving; curves can be printed independently or embedded in test reports.
7. Real-time automatic data saving effectively prevents data loss due to unexpected shutdowns.
8. Supports test data query and search management; customizable report content and format through report templates; editable formulas and result items to meet various test standards; supports generating reports from single or multiple data files, compatible with free editing of Word/Excel templates, with print output capability.
9. Test data query function: Quick search of previously completed test data and results by test time, test protocol, and other conditions.
