Diesel Engine Oil Corrosion Tester

I. Introduction:

Test principle: the four metal test pieces of copper, lead, tin and phosphor bronze are immersed in a certain amount of engine sample, and air is injected into the sample at a specified time at high temperature. After the test, the corrosion detection is carried out on the metal copper test piece and the sample closure.

II. Main Features

1.Capacity for six test samples, maximum test temperature up to 399°C.
2.Equipped with independent flowmeters and control valves, maximum air flow rate: 10 L/h.
3.Adopts microprocessor PID temperature control for rapid temperature stabilization; built-in over-temperature protection system to cut off power automatically once temperature exceeds set value.
4.Digital display shows actual and set temperature in both °C and °F units.
