I. Introduction:
The operating principle of the Grease Water Spray Resistance Tester is: apply lubricating grease on a stainless steel plate and use water spray under the specified test temperature and pressure. After 5min, measure the spray weight loss percentage of the grease as a measure of the water spray resistance to the grease.

- Plexiglass spray box for easy observation;
- Precision pressure gauge shows spray pressure;
- Stainless steel plate meets standard requirements: 152.4*50.75*6.35mm;
- Stainless steel mold meets standard requirements: 203.2*76.2*11.11mm;
- Stainless steel nozzle, nozzle diameter: Φ3.18mm;
- The front end of the pressure gauge has a bypass valve to adjust the pressure: 40psi±1psi;
- Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±0.2ºC, PT100 sensor;
- The magnetic pump circulates the cooling medium, and the circulation pipe is equipped with an insulation sleeve;
- Digital display timer to control spray time.
