I. Introduction:

Place the EV coolant into a closed test assembly consisting of a radiator, water pump, power battery cooling plate, liquid storage tank and connecting rubber hoses. Circulate the coolant for 1064 hours at 80°C under a specified flow rate. After the test, evaluate the corrosion protection performance of the EV coolant by measuring the mass change of typical metal test coupons installed in the liquid storage tank and inspecting the inner surface condition of all components in the circulation system.

II. Main Features

1. Standard metal test coupons, six pieces per set, three sets in total.
2. Wound heating tape heater ensuring uniform heat distribution.
3. Grey cast iron reservoir with carbon content 3.2%, silicon 1.8%, manganese 0.75%, complying with standard requirements.
4. Aluminum radiator.
5. Automotive aluminum water pump for test circulation.
6. A heat-resistant glass viewing window is installed on the upper part of the radiator.
7. A thermometer socket is reserved on the reservoir for temperature calibration.
8. Brass bracket capable of mounting three sets of test coupons.
9. Microcomputer temperature controller with digital display, temperature accuracy ±2℃, equipped with PT100 temperature sensor.
10.Digital timer to record test duration.
