I. ASTM D1263 Grease Leakage Tendency Tester
Load the sample into the modified front wheel hub and shaft assembly, and let the hub and shaft run for a total of 360±5 min under the specified conditions. Measure the leakage of grease or oil, and observe the condition of the bearing surface at the end of the sample.
This Leakage Tendencies Test Apparatus is suitable for the determination of the leakage of automobile wheel bearing grease, and can be used to distinguish products with obviously different leakage characteristics.

1. The Leakage Tendencies Test Apparatus adopts an integrated design with a timeless appearance and easy operation;
2. The unique box-type heating system of inserting the heat pipe rod into the casting body makes the heating speed fast and the temperature control precision is high;
3. The imported motor rotates, with low noise, stable speed, good mechanical performance and little wear;
4. The rotating hub and shaft assembly has a compact structure and small end clearance. The bearings are all imported components, which guarantees reliability and wear resistance;
5. Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±0.5ºC PT100 sensor;
6. The Leakage Tendencies Test Apparatus adopts Digital display timer to record test time;
7. There is a thermometer hole on the shaft assembly;

10. There is insulation cotton around the box body for heat insulation.
