Engine Coolant and Antirust Ash Content Tester ASTM D1119 Ash Testing Equipment

The test principle of the percent ash content test instrument is to let the sample evaporation or burning under certain conditions,and put it in a strong heat source burning and ashing, then calcine the solid residue,then it can test the ash content of the test product.

The percent ash content test instrument is suitable for the detection of unused commodity engine coolant and liquid antirusts. It can also used to identify the type of coolants and antirusts, but it is not suitable for determining the total inhibitor content.

1. Thermal ceramic furnace chamber with excellent thermal insulation to prevent operators from scalding.
2. Microprocessor & PID control, digital display, PT100 sensor with accuracy of ±0.1℃.
3. Silica porcelain evaporating dishes: 50~100ml, 120~150ml, complying with standard requirements.
4. Hinged furnace door for easy opening and closing.
5. Separate electrical control cabinet and heating chamber to reduce high-temperature damage to the electrical cabinet.
6. Split type structure, simple operation.
7. Imported electric heating wire for longer service life.
