Introduction

The automatic distillation tester is designed and made as per national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T 9168 and ASTM D1160.It is a complete reduced distillation system with reasonable layout of every parts,including distillation column,pressure measuring system,receiving flask,vacuum pump,cold trap and cooling unit,pressure buffer tank,circulation pump etc.

I.Main features

1.This equipment in separate,including heating bath and precise flowmeter

2.The material of bath is high temperature resistant Borosilicate glass,Φ300×450mm.It fulfills the standard requirements.

1. High-precision diaphragm vacuum pressure gauge,replace of mercury manometer.

2.Digital meter displays the pressure clearly

3.Pressure is controlled by high-precision needle valve

4.Temperature display:digital temperature controller

5.PID temperature controlling technology make the temperature is more correct,with accuracy ±0.1℃

6.Pressure range:760mmHg~0.1mmHg

7.Portable electrical stove adjusting device is easy to operate

8.Guiedvane is equipped in receiver,which makes the flow velocity is more average

9.The metal filter in distillation bottle can avoid the sample bumping suddenly.
