Introduction
This Automatic Vacuum Distillation Apparatus is used to determine the range of boiling points for petroleum products that can be partially or completely vaporized.It adopts MCS-51 series single chip as system core control,color LCDs,English Menu man-machine dialog,guiding operation,fully automatic test process.
The constant temperature and necessary reduced pressure of circulation cooling water and receiving tank need to be set according to test.It can automatically control distillation velocity and constant vapour reduced pressure,temperature of circulating cooling water and receiving tank.
The color LCDs display temperature of distillation vapour,boiling point ,cold trap,circulating cooling water and receiving tank,vapour pressure.After distillation,it can automatically display and print out initial boiling point and corresponding vapour temperature,distilaltion velocity and pressure for each recycling percentage 5,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,95 and important distillate.
I.Main features
- This vacuum distillation tester is designed as per the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T 9168—1997,equivalent to ASTM D1160 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure.
- It adopts high intelligent micro-computer as central control center,and color LCDs.Combined with modern High and new electronic control technology and chip,the equipment can automatically finish test of reduce distillation.
- It is composed of micro-computer control system,distillation temperature control system,photoelectric detection system,pressure reducing and regulating system,circulating cooling system,receiving tank constant system and cold trap cooling system.
