ASTM D1831 Roll Stability Tester For Lubricating Grease Analysis
Using a certain amount of sample, at room temperature, after working on a roller testing machine for 2 hours, determine the working penetration of the grease before and after the test.This Roll Stability Tester is suitable for measuring the consistency change of the grease after working on the roller testing machine to judge the mechanical shear stability of the grease.
I. Main Features
◆ Stainless steel roller: Φ90×180mm 5kg;
◆ The idler wheel has a positioning ring to control the normal operation of the roller;
◆ A drive motor is installed below to keep the speed at 155～180r/min;
◆ Belt drive roller;
◆ Microcomputer thermostat, digital display, accuracy ±5℃ PT100 sensor;
◆ Digital timer, recording working time, with wind alarm;
◆ Two rollers can be tested at the same time;
◆ There is a thermometer hole on the cover of the instrument box for temperature correction.
