Q: Is this machine automatic?
A: This is a full-automatic purlin roll forming machine. When put the material on the de-coiler, the machine controlled by PLC will run automatically.
Q: How many profiles can this machine produce?
A: At least three profiles, C Z and U Purlin and Channel. Our roll forming machines all adopts quick change function, you just need change rollers to produce different profiles.
Q: What's the material of your roll forming stands and rollers?
A: About rollers we use Cr12 or Cr12Mov, according to customers requirements. About roll forming stands, we have many types, like wall panel type, archway type and guide pillar type.
Q: What's the driven way of your roll forming machine?
