Installation

(1)  The test stand should be placed on a stable and horizontal table, and then adjust the height of the cross arm. Right during operation
Loosen the bakelite star-shaped handle with your hand, and lift the cross arm with your left hand to make the bottom of the stiffness gauge mounting rod about 110mm away from the round platform. Tighten the bakelite star handle (the hardness tester mounting rod should be aligned with the center of the round platform).
(2)  Unscrew the dust cap on the upper end of the hardness tester, and then screw the hardness tester into the mounting rod of the test frame and tighten it (do not use excessive force when tightening, otherwise it will damage the hardness tester). If the surface of the gauge is not aligned with the operator, you can loosen the azimuth adjustment knob on the top of the weight, then turn the hardness tester to the desired angle and then tighten the azimuth adjustment knob.
(3)  Loosen the bakelite star handle on the cross arm, and adjust the height of the cross arm with the left hand again to the hardness foot (Needle). When the bottom surface is about 10mm away from the round platform of the test stand, tighten the handle. Depress the handle of the test stand so that the presser foot (pin) is in full contact with the round table, and slowly turn the two fine-adjusting handwheels under the round table, straight Until the hardness tester shows 100 (±1).
