Main Functions
● With 1.3 megapixel microscope camera for mesurement. (3 megapixel camera is optional)
● Automation:Capture and calculate the indentation, and calculate the hardness values
● Optional: control the test and turret by software (Automatic measurement )
● Automatically generate the hardness curves
● Conversion, Verification & Compensation: converse the hardness value to other scales; verify the test results by sample size;
compensation of cylindrical/spherical diameter test results
● Statistics: Automatically update statistics- Average, Min and Max values, standard deviation, Cp and Cpk
● Auto-alarm: Automatically mark the unqualified hardness
● Test report: automatically generate WORD or EXCEL report
● Data storage: Measurement data and images can be saved in a file for later retrieval
● Optional: Knoop Scale hardness test, fracture toughness measurement
● Other functions: Including image capture, camera calibration, image processing, dimensional measurement, document annotation,
photo album management, and printing with specified magnification.
