Application Scope:

This Wheel Press Machine is applicable for wheelset dismounting and back pressure work of different types of railway locomotives. It can generate, record, save and print the pressing force curve.

Main Structure and Features:

• This wheel press machine is mainly composed of chassis, cylinder column, claw device, detection system, hydraulic system, eletrical control system and servo work platform etc.
• The chassis and cylinder column are both welded by Q235 steel plate, and carried out annealing treatment, with sufficient rigidity and strength, no deformation.
• Special patented ram device to prevent alxe from upsetting.
• Movable working platform to meet the positioning and support of different locomotive wheelsets.
• 2 sets of support bracket for wheelset support. The support height is adjustable to fit different wheelsets.
• 2 sets of claw device are installed at the front end of cylinder column. It can open or close to meet the dismounting requirements of different locomotive wheelsets.
• The wheel dismount press can be configured with back pressure test function as per required.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer;
• With pressing curve record and print function.
