Resistant dextrin (also known as indigestible dextrin) is a low-calorie and high-fiber food raw
material processed from natural starch.Resistant dextrin contains a,β-1,2 and a,β-1,3 bonds,
as well as with intramolecularly dehydrated polyglucose and β-1,6 glycoside structures on
part of the reducing end, these bonds cannot or dificult to break down by a-amylase and
glucoamylase. Therefore, it will not be absorbed by the small intestine in the digestive tract,
but directly enters the large intestine and is used by some intestinal bacteria. Resistant dextrin
can be used as a dietary fiber to play various physiological functions, and has the functins
