1.Product description:
CMC is White or yellowish powder. It is tasteless, smelless, mould-proof, non-toxic,
non-flammable and easily dissolved in water to become transparent viscose solution.It
contains no colored impurity and is 100% combustible under firing condition, to ensure clean ceramic
glaz.It has high hygroscopicity and is soluble in water to form a thick liquid.It is a polyanionic electrolyte
and not fermented.It has good heat-stability .resistance to salt and film-forming property.It is a strong
emulsifier for fat and oil.

3.Application:
1. CMC is widely used in liquid beverages, lactic acid drinks, dairy products, pasta products, spices, etc.,

2. It is also used as an thickening agent in foods and beverages.CMC also binds well with water and
is used in low-calorie food products such as fat-free ice cream and low-fat cookies to add bulk
and texture.
