Instruction:
Polyvinyl alcohol fiber with high strength, high modulus polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the main raw material, it has high modulus, high strength, low elongation, no pollution, non-toxic, and acid, alkali, salt, wear resistance, sun resistance, corrosion resistance, mothproof, crack resistance, anti-penetration, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and other properties. The basic feature of these rebars is that they absorb and are distributed over the entire length, thereby reducing the tension in the material created by external loads applied to the object.
Applications:
1. To replace asbestos to be the reinforcement material of cement.
2. In the construction of high-grade highway, the use of high modulus high strength PVA fiber can significantly improve its tensile strength and tensile stress.
3. As a crack resistant material for concrete/mortar. The addition of concrete/mortar not only increases the tensile strength of concrete, but also reduces the internal cracks and restrains the further development of micro-cracks.
4. In hydraulic engineering applications, strapping slitting fibers can be used instead of reinforcing bars.
5. Instead of high - strength rayon production of radial tires or tyre cord.
6. To be the reinforcement material for rubber products and to produce conveyer belt, fire hose and woven hose.
