Installation and Usage
- Insert the clutch into the hub bore of a pulley, gear, or torque arm and secure with high-tension bolts in the tapped holes.
- MX Series clutches require a press fit for indexing applications (do not exceed 0.025 mm).
- Adjust the key side to fit the keyway tightly while maintaining clearance between the top of key and keyway.
- When mounting on a shaft, apply pressure only to the inner race end - never to the outer race.
- For optimal performance, pair with braking and backstopping devices as needed.
- Hub bore tolerance should be H6 or H7.
