- Easy attachment to pulleys, gears, or sprockets using high-tension bolts
- Compatible with JIS standard H6 or H7 tolerance bores
- Includes pressure ventilation hole for MG Series models
Installation Guidelines
- Use only parallel keys (tapered keys are prohibited)
- For shock loads or full torque capacity, use hardened key and shaft
- Apply mounting pressure only to the inner race, never the outer race
- Thrust load must be handled by separate devices, not the clutch
- For MG Series models MG750 and above, specify overrunning speed when ordering
- Consult manufacturer for vertical mounting applications
Operating Conditions
- Monitor temperature - longevity decreases above 70°C outer race temperature
- For continuous overrunning at medium/high speeds, consider oil bath or forced lubrication
- No oil is sealed during shipment - add appropriate lubrication before use
