FE 455 Z FE455Z Sprag Clutch One Way Bearings for Electric Bicycle
FE series Freewheel-clutches transmit or support torque moment by friction contact in one direction and permit idling in the opposite direction.
Applications
- Indexing elements: Change from oscillating to intermittent rotary motion
- Backstops: Prevent self-reversing due to load condition when the machine is not activated
- Overrunning clutches: Maintain driven unit activation during slowdown or in two-speed operation scenarios
Lubrication
Proper lubrication is essential for maximum freewheel clutch lifespan and reduced drag. Refer to our Lubrication Selection Table for appropriate lubricant choices. Note: Clutches (except sealed models FND, FPD, FK 62...-RS, FK 62...-2RS, FKN...-RS, and FKN...-2RS) ship rust-protected but unlubricated.
