An adjustable forming machine for cz-shaped steel(CZ purlin roll forming machine), comprising a base, a forming roller and a driving mechanism, said base being provided with two fixed brackets opposite each other, said fixed brackets being provided with a plurality of spindle sets rotating at intervals on the inner side, said spindle sets comprising an upper spindle and a lower spindle set opposite each other, said forming roller being set on said upper spindle or lower spindle by means of a mounting sleeve, said fixed brackets being provided with a wheel mounting plate fixed between said upper spindle and said lower spindle, said wheel mounting plate being provided with an adjustment slot on the inner side of said adjustment slot, said wheel mounting plate being provided with a rotating slot on the outer side of said wheel mounting plate, said wheel mounting plate being provided with an adjustment slot on the outer side of said wheel mounting plate. said wheel mounting plate is fixed between said upper and lower shafts, said wheel mounting plate is provided with an adjustment slot on the inner side, said adjustment slot is movable with a wheel base, said wheel base is provided with a rotating slot, said wheel mounting plate is provided with an adjustment bolt on the outer side and said adjustment bolt is rotatably connected at its bottom end in said rotating slot, said wheel mounting plate is provided with a fastening bolt on the top side and said fastening bolt is provided at its bottom end to lock said wheel base in said adjusting slot, said wheel base is rotated with a forming wheel, cz sections are sandwiched between forming rollers and extruded by said forming wheels, said drive mechanism is used to drive said forming rollers.
