Forming Sigma has 4 more forming passes on top of the C type. Therefore the C-shape roll formingmachine has the possibility to produce Sigma profile steel. If you want one machine to produce C, Sigma and Z profiles at the same time, then we will use the front cutting solution, which will reduce the cost of cutting and apply the above three profiles. Because of the front cutting, we will also add a motor in the leveling area, so that the feeding port can have the power to drive the steel coil into the forming machine.
