3. The forming machine frame is made of cast iron and tempered. High strength and long service life.
4. The material of the roll shaft is 40Cr, tempered to a hardness of HB280.
5. The material of the forming mould is GCr15, quenched, hardness: HRC56-62℃.
6. The transmission structure is a gear box transmission. Each forming machine frame has a light steel keel machine. It can ensure the equipment over time, high strength operation, and long service life.
The processing process of keel machine: discharge ---- guide straight ---- roll forming ---- cut off ---- collect keel machine equipment composition: discharge machine, guide frame, forming mainframe, correction device, fixed-edge cutting part, collector table, electrical control part and so on.
