1. Product Description:

The induction heating type evaporation source is used for evaporating aluminum film on the winding vacuum evaporation coating machine. Place the crucible containing the aluminum ingot in the center of the spiral coil (non-contact) and pass a high-frequency current through the coil, so that the aluminum ingot will generate current to heat itself up until it evaporates. The induction coil is often made of copper pipe and is supplied with cooling water. In order to make the film layer of the vacuum coating uniform, the power of each crucible coil can be adjusted individually. This equipment has a large evaporation rate, which is about 10 times larger than the resistance heat source of the evaporation boat. Compared with the resistance heating type coating, the most prominent advantage is that the aluminum block can be fully dissolved and degassed in the crucible, which can form a stable molten pool and eliminate The large droplets splash suddenly, and the evaporation speed is high, the film thickness is uniform, and the plastic will not be scalded, so the coating quality is high, and the phenomenon of pinholes on the film can be avoided. No wire feeding mechanism is needed, and there are no faults such as wire feeding deviation, wire jamming, wire jamming, etc., and the work is reliable, so the yield of gold and silver wires produced by induction heating is correspondingly improved; the evaporation source is charged at one time, and the operation is simple and the temperature is easy to control.
