30~80m/min High Frequency Welded Pipe Mill Machine​

This high-frequency welding pipe mill is specialized equipment to produce high frequency straight seam welded pipes for structural pipe and industrial pipe withΦ16mm~Φ50mm and wall thickness of 0.5~2.0mm. Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rolls, the whole line can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

2.work process

Uncoiling→ Leveling & Straightening→ Accumulating→ Leveling→ Forming→ HF welding→ Deburring (outer) → Cooling→ Sizing→ Straightening→ Cutting→ Discharging

² Pipe purpose: Electric heating tube, fridge pipe, Auto car pipe, sporting facility tube, furniture pipe, cooler pipe, pressure feeding pipe, construction pipe, configuration pipe.

² Round pipe size: Φ16mm~Φ50mm * 0.5mm~2.0mm

² Square pipe size: 15×15mm~40×40mm * 0.5mm~1.5mm

² Rectangle pipe size:10×15mm~30×50mm * 0.5mm~1.5mm (a:b≤2:1)

² Producing length: 4~10m (can be designed by customer request)

² Cutting length precision: ±3mm (by hot frication computer saw)

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
