Cationic polyacrylamide is a linear high molecular polymer formed by the copolymerization of cationic monomers and acrylamide. The appearance of cationic polyacrylamide is white solid transparent particles, easily soluble in water and non-corrosive. It has the functions of decolorization, adsorption, turbidity removal and adhesion. It has good flocculation and sludge dewatering effects for sewage with high organic content and negatively charged suspended particles.

Main applications:
1. Sludge dewatering agent
Municipal and industrial wastewater is usually treated with activated sludge. Biochemical sludge is often a highly hydrophilic colloid with high organic content and extremely difficult to dewater. The corresponding type of cationic polyacrylamide is used for treatment, which can effectively carry out gravity sludge dewatering before the sludge enters the filter press. Large flocs are produced during dehydration, non-stick filter cloth, no stray during filter press, small dosage, high dehydration efficiency, mud cake moisture content below 80%, small dosage, and easy to separate.
2. Papermaking additives
In the paper industry, it can directly interact with inorganic salt ions, fibers and other organic polymers to increase the physical strength of paper, reduce the loss of fibers or fillers, and accelerate water filtration, enhancement, retention and filtration. It can also be used for white water treatment, and it can also play an obvious flocculation effect in the deinking process.
3. Industrial organic wastewater treatment
This product presents positive electricity in acidic or alkaline media, so it is very effective for flocculation and sedimentation of negatively charged suspended particles in sewage.
