DC04E+Z Cold Rolled Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet Metal 18 gauge
Product Description
Hot-dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with an iron matrix to form an alloy layer, which combines the matrix and the coating. Hot dip galvanizing is the first pickling of steel parts. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of steel parts, after pickling, it is cleaned in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. It is then sent to the hot dip coating tank. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
