DC54D+Z 3mm Galvanised Sheet Coil Steel For Automotive
DC54D+Z (St06Z) hot-dip galvanized sheet (coil) has the characteristics of strong coating adhesion, strong erosion resistance, accurate control of the thickness of the galvanized layer, high dimensional accuracy, flat profile, good mechanical, processing, and welding performance. They can be used to manufacture automotive interior and exterior panels, structural parts and reinforcements.

Nominal thickness: 0.30mm~3.0mm, nominal width: 800mm~1830mm
Note: nominal thickness of a plate/strip is sum of base plate thickness and coating thickness.

| If the product thickness is >1.5mm, the min.r90 specified is allowed to be reduced by 0.2. In the case of product thickness <0.7mm, the specified allowable reductions for min.r90 and n90 are 0.2 and 0.01 respectively. For differential coating products, use a thicker coating as the outer surface in the bending test. |
