OEM High Strength Low Temp Low Carbon Low Alloy Steel Plate HSLA
HSLA (cold formed high strength low alloy steel)
1. Energy absorbing box HSLA300
2. Rear longitudinal beam HSLA300
Illustrate: The high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) series of steels are strengthened through a combination of precipitation and grain refinement mechanisms to achieve low-alloy high strength. Since this series of steel grades neither cause softening of the weld zone nor coarsening of the grains, the weldability is enhanced and the range of coating options is expanded. This series of steel grades is particularly suitable for structural parts such as reinforcements.
For all tensile strength grades, this series of steel grades show good cold forming properties and low temperature brittle fracture strength. A full range of high-strength low-alloy steels offers good fatigue and impact strength (stringers, beams, reinforcements, etc.). Due to the high mechanical strength, the weight of reinforcement and structural parts can also be reduced.
Application: The high-strength low-alloy steel series is suitable for structural parts such as reinforcements, beams, stringers and other related components.
