4.In hot pressing, the release agent on the surface of the paper will be transformed into a transparent and high-brightness fluid, thus improving the fluidity of the glue, forming a high-brightness isolation layer between the plate and the steel plate, significantly improving the cleanliness of the hot pressing steel plate and the release effect.

5.The product is better used with penetrating agent FW0042 and dust removing agent AD215.

Applications:

1. The best dosage of release agent is 0.15%-0.3% resin,The specific amount shall be adjusted by the customer according to the decorative panel pressing and pasting process, increasing the amount is conducive to rapid plate production.

2. This product is usually added to the second dip tank in the impregnated paper process.

3. The use of this product helps to repeatedly press the template, reduce the number of template cleaning, improve work efficiency

Impregnated paper production process

Glue → glue (before the rubber tank: urea-formaldehyde resin to add curing agent, penetrant, anti adhesive, etc., after the tank: Melamine formaldehyde resin added curing agent, demoulding agent, dust removal agent, functional additives)→ first impregnation (melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin mixture)→ first drying → second impregnation (melamine formaldehyde resin, wear-resistant layer)→ second drying → cooling cutting.

1.Storage condition: 15-25, airtight container. please use it as soon as possible after opening.
