Description:
Impregnating papers with high loadings of resin requires the usage of levelling agents CT0710S in order to be economically feasible, if fast line speeds are required. Surface quality, & dust suppression are much improved.
FENTENG CT0710S is a high latent curing agent for trimeramectin resin, with high curing efficiency and no oxide.
Especially suitable for the production of composite floor paper and surface wear resistant paper.
FENTENG CT0710S not only reacts quickly in the drying oven, but also can reduce the impregnation of paper surface foam, and does not affect the fluidity of resin during hot pressing.
It helps to make the resin coating float on the surface of impregnated paper, and the decorative board surface is smooth and bright after pressing. FENTENG CT0710S, as a latent curing agent, has very little influence on the PH value of resin.So can prolong the resin in the tank life, up to several hours.
Application:
Added to the system with 0.1-0.3% weight of liquid resin, gel time is 4-8 minutes at 100℃water bath.
*Note:
the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
