Fenteng CT0012E is a curing agent suitable for the production of impregnated paper with low pressure, it can only be used in urea formaldehyde (UF) resin.

CT0012E is an upgraded version of CT0012. CT0012E has a higher latency than CT0012 and can be used in the production of high-speed automation equipment.

CT0012E doesn't show curing ability at room temperature (25 ℃), and active time after adding is 8-12 hours. After temporary machine maintenance , new patch of glue is not needed, saving work time. At low temperature (< 120 ℃), the curing process is slow, the resin has time spread enough, meanwhile rapid curing at high temperature provides uniformity. Dry/wer flaw, heat mark can be reduced.

How to use additives

1.Urea glue curing agent will be added to the UF resin impregnated in the front stage of furniture impregnated paper production, and the amount of addition is subject to the detection of curing time. Then add penetrant, the addition amount is generally 0.2%. Anti-sticking agent can also be added, the addition amount is 0.3%.

2.In the coating section, MF resin is added with triamine glue curing agent, and the amount of addition is subject to the detection of curing time. It is also necessary to add a release agent, the addition amount is 0.2%. In addition, 0.1%-0.2% dust remover can be added according to the glue usage. If UF is used for the bottom coating, it is not necessary to add a release agent, but add 0.3% anti-sticking agent .

Note:

the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
